The Best Cure for Cancer

Cancer cells are considered as unhealthy cells and can destroy our body’s healthy cells. They have no boundaries. They can multiply faster. Although cancer is considered one of the dreadful diseases, there is still a natural cure for it if one is so serious in doing it then there is a chance for recovery. Researches show that there are possibilities of overcoming this disease. If one’s goal is to recover from this sickness, then this can be very helpful.

First is to watch your diet. Cancer as an illness is normally associated with our food intake. We can build up our immune system by simply minimizing our intake of meat, dairy products, coffee, fats and eggs. If we keep our bodies at the optimum level, then our immune system will be high and there is a great possibility of fighting cancer cells present in our bodies.

Prefer organic foods, those which are free from pesticides and chemicals. These do not involve only those grown on lands such as grains, vegetables and fruits but include eggs and milk from chicken and cows which did not undergone any artificial enhancement or chemical injection.  

Second is to avoid intake of high fatty foods. If we drink milk containing high contents of saturated fats then we are prone to breast cancer.

Third is to avoid tobacco and alcohol products because these products can cause lung, stomach, esophagus and oral cavity cancers. These products can easily irritate body cells.

Fourth is to drink fruit juice everyday especially those with high contents of Vitamin C. Carrot juice is preferred. Take this before meal. This is rich in Vitamin A. Carrots have beta carotene which can help us fight cancer. This is considered our defense in fighting cancer and even preventing the growth of cancer cells in our body. Carrot juice is considered as a natural cure for such illness like cancer.

Fifth is to have sufficient water intake every day. A minimum of eight glasses is required everyday but we can drink more than this. Distilled water is preferable since there are no minerals in it and it is more beneficial to our health. If you do your daily exercises, you need more water intake to replace what you lost when you perspire.

Sixth is to do a regular exercise. Start from walking, this can help your body and mind alert. You have to do your daily exercise for at least thirty minutes. Later, your stamina and body strength can be built up.

Seventh is to have an eight hour sleep daily. Go to bed early because if you sleep late you will be so restless and it is very difficult to recharge this.

Eight is to have a positive mind. Do not worry too much. Avoid stress. See to it that you can find relief if problems may occur. Have a bright perspective so that it would be easy for you to overcome obstacles on our way.
